Consumer Instruction

1. In the morning after you get up, use the restroom first.  Go to the scale and weigh yourself, write down the body weight. You need to have the scale that measure the body fat, BMI. Drink 300 ml of warm water.

 

2. Make breakfast. Eat 2 hard boil eggs. Then take one bags of Coffee, put in 100-150 ml of 60C of warm water. Stir it and slowly enjoy it. If you feel hungry, you can eat small amount of vegetable.  Try to have breakfast before 9am.

 

3. Make lunch.  Eat 3 serving of leafy vegetable, 1 serving of meat. It can be chicken, pork, beef, fish, shrimp. Avoid eating any processing meat. Try to finish lunch before 1pm.

 

4. After half hour of lunch, drink 1 package of Probiotics.

 

5. Eat dinner 4-6 pm. Have 2 serving of vegetable. Don’t eat any food after 6 pm
